Description

The book presents the historical changes that took place in politics, the society, culture and religion in two historical periods that up to now were studied and treated separately. The hellenistic era (336 BC – 30 BC) and the prime imperial era (27 BC -138 AD). It explains how the ‘long hellenistic era’ changed Greek’s site in the ‘universe’ (the known world at the time) rendering their history an integral part of the history of the world in ancient times.
